1. Software Provided “As Is”

ShopMaster POS is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the software is entirely at your own risk.

Teche Center makes no guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from defects. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of this software.

2. Not for Accounting or Tax Purposes

ShopMaster POS is a point-of-sale and inventory management tool designed for basic billing and stock tracking. It is NOT intended for:

Formal accounting or bookkeeping
Tax calculation, GST filing, or any statutory compliance
Financial reporting for regulatory or audit purposes
Legal financial records

Always consult a qualified accountant or tax professional for official financial matters. Do not rely on ShopMaster POS output for tax submissions or legal compliance.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
You agree not to misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the software.
You agree to use the software only for lawful business purposes.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data entered.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Teche Center, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ShopMaster POS, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.

When you register for ShopMaster POS, we collect:

Shop name, owner name, and business address
Mobile phone number (verified via OTP)
Email address

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your ShopMaster POS account
To send you important account and service notifications via WhatsApp and email
To provide customer support
To improve the software and user experience

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may use trusted third-party services (such as WhatsApp messaging via AiSensy) solely for the purpose of delivering notifications related to your account.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
